Alexander most likely has what is referred to as Asperger's Syndrome. For me, as his Mom, I only know he is my precious boy and, as far as I am concerned, whatever he has is best described as- "Alexander's Asperger Syndrome."

Blow a whistle
Grandma helped Alexander to get his bath water ready.
Grandma "Alexander, if you need anything, I will be in the living room, just whistle."
Alexander: "Hmm...but Grandma, I don't know how to whistle."
